This apartment is... adorable! Brand new kitchen floor that keeps the vintage charm. Clawfoot bathtub. Beautiful built-ins. Giant backyard with raised beds, a deck, and lawn.

We (the leasors) are two sisters who are renting our childhood home from our parents (who have recently relocated to Skokie). Our vision is to create a supportive community. This apartment is separate from the rest of the house. So you will have your own private space, but still have access to the supportive community environment. Looking for people who want to live around others, but also value their privacy.

Parking spot in garage available for additional fee.

It does not come furnished but we are willing to help you furnish it if you need assistance!
