The kitchen (located on the 2nd floor) will be shared with 4 other tenants, but there's a... sink and space for appliances (microwave, minifridge, toaster, etc.) on the 3rd floor as well. House has a nice front porch and backyard and a shed for storage, and is a 14 minute walk from Tech, Deering, and Target (great central location). Washer and dryer are free and located in the basement.
